Sussex Forest Activities

Sussex Forest Activities are a local company that specialise in running forest school sessions and activity days for children of all ages, with full day events for 5 to 12-year-olds and shorter sessions for toddlers.

Sussex Forest Activities offers an invitation to adults and children to come, explore and enjoy the local woodland. We hope that through Sussex Forest Activities our participants will foster, with our guidance and supervision: Self‐regulation, self‐direction, and self‐reflection. That they will take away experiences and life skills that will stay with them for the rest of their lives. We hope that these experiences will allow them to form a connection to the natural world and gain an understanding of the delicate balance of nature and the finite resources around us.

Childhood only happens once, and we believe that a holistic and nurturing start gives the foundations for growth.
